Overview
Some Harvey features are powered by frontier AI models or services that are subject to separate pricing. These models are off by default and require a separate written agreement in order to be enabled in your workspace.
This article explains which models are included, what enabling them involves, and how to manage your settings.
Note: If you have additional questions about how Harvey handles model availability, reach out to Support or your Customer Success team.

Extended AI and Covered AI Services are two separate categories.
Extended AI covers frontier models that are subject to separate pricing.
Covered AI Services refers to certain models and features with data handling practices that differ from Harvey’s standard protections. See Covered AI Services for more details.
