Overview

Read Managing Prompts and Examples in Library (For Admins) to learn more about admin capabilities.

The Library is your team's command center for repeatable work. Save and reuse prompts and examples to streamline workflows, share best practices, and accelerate collaboration across your organization.

Professionals can customize and reuse prompts to handle recurring tasks with speed and consistency. Admins have expanded control—able to edit and organize both prompts and full examples within the Library tab.

Prompts are the questions you ask Harvey. They’re designed to help you execute high-impact tasks quickly and consistently.

Examples are real, completed queries—including the prompt, source document, and Harvey’s response. They serve as reference points to show what’s possible—and how to get there. Examples can be used by anyone, but only Admins can create or modify them.

Saved directly from your work in Assistant and EDGAR, the Library keeps your team aligned and moving faster.

Library is located on the left sidebar within Harvey.

Selecting the Prompt or Example options will display all available items, categorized by their creator:

  • Private: Prompts created by individual users for personal use, visible only to the creator.
  • Team: Prompts and examples created by workspace Admins for the entire team.
  • Harvey: Prompts and examples provided by the Harvey team to help you get started. Admins can choose to hide these examples at their discretion.
