Overview

Harvey’s mobile app brings the power of the platform to your phone and tablet so you can work seamlessly wherever you are. With mobile access, you can:

  • Prompt Assistant by voice or text.
  • Scan and upload documents directly to Vault or attach them to queries.
  • Review and share research or client matters on the go.

All mobile activity is secured by enterprise-grade encryption and designed for professional, legal workflows.

The app is available for iOS and Android (Early Access only), with layouts optimized for both phones and tablets.

Mobile-Only Features

Feature

Description

Scan files

Capture and digitize documents using your device’s camera. Scans can be saved directly to Vault or attached to an Assistant query. All scans are processed securely within the app and are not stored locally on your device.

Voice input and audio transcription (coming soon)

Record voice prompts or client discussions (up to 30 minutes). Transcriptions appear in Assistant and can be used as research input. Original audio files are deleted after processing.

Native sharing (coming soon)

Share Assistant outputs directly to other apps on your device (e.g., email, Teams, or document editors).

How to Get Started

Download the Mobile App

For Admins

Harvey supports Microsoft Intune for the Harvey mobile app. If your organization uses Intune, follow the PDF guide below to set up Harvey mobile for your workspace.

For Users

  1. In the app store for your device, search "Harvey.ai" to find our app. Proceed with the download.
  2. Once the app appears on your device, tap the app to launch it.
  3. On the sign in screen, select your workspace region.
    1. If you access Harvey via app.harvey.ai, select US.
    2. If you access Harvey via eu.app.harvey.ai, select EU.
    3. If you access Harvey via au.app.harvey.ai, select AU.
  4. Sign in using your Harvey credentials or your organization's SSO (SAML-supported). If you cannot sign in, reach out to your Harvey admin to check if your workspace is set up to support Harvey Mobile.
  5. Set device permissions if prompted:
    1. Camera access: Enables scanning.
    2. Microphone access: Enables voice input and transcription.
  6. Begin exploring and share your feedback along the way by navigating to settings then clicking Help.
