Agentic Vault File Organization
Reorganize Vault files with plain-language instructions directly from an new thread in Harvey.
Important: This feature is rolling out in phases from October 14 through October 28, 2026. If you have questions about when this update will land in your workspace, contact your Customer Success Manager.
What’s New
Agentic Vault file organization lets you organize, rename, move files across a Vault, and save files into a Vault by opening a new thread and describing what you need in plain language, turning hours of manual document sorting into minutes.
You can now tell Harvey to:
- Save files to an existing or new Vault
- Create folders and move files and folders between them within a Vault.
- Rename file and folder names to a consistent format, and tag files by category (tagging coming soon).
- Detect and flag duplicate files across a Vault for your review.
- Summarize a folder’s contents in plain language.
Why It Matters
Instead of manually organizing a large data room or shared Vault click-by-click, you can now tell Harvey how you want your Vault files structured. Harvey can then sort, rename, move, and identify duplicate files, helping you turn a disorganized document collection into a matter-ready workspace more quickly.
