Release Notes
Connectors on Mobile
Connectors are now available when querying in the Harvey mobile app, allowing users to draw on connected sources from their phone and receive answers with citations to the underlying information.
What’s New
Connectors are now available in Harvey’s mobile app for both iOS and Android devices, allowing you to query your connected sources from your phone. In the mobile app, you can now:
- Use existing connectors: Access connectors that have already been configured for your account.
- Attach connectors to each query. Turn available connectors on or off depending on which sources you want Harvey to use.
- Get answers grounded in your connected sources. Ask questions in Harvey using information available through your enabled connectors.
- Review cited sources. Harvey’s responses will include citations from attached connectors, with source-specific logos to make them easier to identify.
Why It Matters
You no longer need to switch to the web app to attach your connected sources to a query in Harvey. With this release, you can draw on those sources directly from your mobile device, even if you’re between meetings, traveling, or away from a computer.
How to Use
- Start a new query in the Harvey mobile app.
- In the chat window, select the
icon.
- Select
Sources.
- Under Connectors, toggle on the connectors that you want to use for the query.
- Run your query. You’ll be able to view cited connectors at the bottom of Harvey’s response.
FAQs
Q: Can I set up a new connector from the mobile app?
No. Connector setup and authentication take place outside the mobile app. Once a connector is configured for your account, it becomes available to use in Assistant.
Q: Do the connectors I turn on apply to all of my Harvey queries?
No. Connector selections are made when you start a new query, so you can enable a different set of connectors for each conversation depending on which connectors you want Harvey to use.
