Import Ironclad Files into Harvey
Import executed contracts from Ironclad directly into Vault or Assistant to ask questions, extract key terms, and generate review tables across your agreements.
What's New
The Ironclad connector lets you bring signed agreements from Ironclad, a contract lifecycle management (CLM) system, into Harvey. With the Ironclad connector, you can:
- Import signed agreements from Ironclad records into a thread or a Vault
- Ask questions about imported contracts, extract key terms and provisions, and build review tables to compare terms across agreements
Why It Matters
For teams that use Ironclad as their record of executed contracts, contract management and legal analysis have often lived in separate tools. Bringing agreements into Harvey lets teams review, compare, and reference prior contracts alongside their ongoing work, and connect precedents to new matters without moving files by hand.
How to Use
Admins can follow instructions in our Connector Library article to enable the Ironclad connector.
Once enabled, refer to our Ironclad Integration article for steps to authenticate your Ironclad account and add Ironclad files to a thread or Vault.
