Release Notes
Spaces Activity Feed
The Spaces activity feed gives Space admins a single place to see who has access to what across Shared Spaces, plus a timestamped log of key actions for access reviews and investigations.
What's New
Shared Spaces now include an activity feed. The feed provides Space members with a scrollable record of recent activity, and gives Space admins an expanded view with additional events for governance and review.
Activity view for Space members:
- View a feed of recent actions in a Space, such as new resources and membership updates, so you can see what's changed.
Expanded activity view for Space admins:
- Review a full timestamped log of key events, filtered by person or activity type, to isolate a specific incident or access pattern
Note: By default, Space activity is private to your workspace. Sharing activity with collaborators is optional and can be enabled in Space settings.
Why It Matters
The Spaces activity feed feature gives knowledge managers, IT admins, and CIOs the ability oversee access, manage compliance reviews, and investigate activity across Shared Spaces on their own.
For Space members, the ability to view recent activity makes it easier to collaborate with other users in the Space and pick up work where they left off.
How to View Activity (Space Members)
- Open a Space.
- In the upper right corner, open the ellipsis menu and select Activity.

- A panel will expand, showing activity from all users in the space.

How To View Expanded Activity (Admins)
Workspace admins will be able to view activity across all Spaces, while Space admins will be able to view activity in the Spaces they manage.
To view expanded activity:
- Follow the steps above to open the Activity panel.
- At the bottom of the activity panel, select View all activity to open the full history.
- Filter by users, activity type, and workspaces.
