Upcoming Feature
Agentic Outlook
Harvey’s Outlook Add-In is now powered by an Agent that has more powerful planning, reasoning, and reviewing capabilities.
What's coming
Harvey for Outlook will now be a fully agentic assistant. Instead of answering a single question about a single email, Harvey can now reason across multiple emails and attachments, maintain a persistent conversation thread as you navigate your inbox, and continue helping you even as you switch between reading and composing.
Feature highlights
- Harvey maintains a persistent conversation thread across email switches: your context will persist when you navigate to a new message
- Harvey can read and reason across attachments from multiple emails in the same thread
- Harvey can create and edit email drafts directly in Outlook
Example use cases
- You're reviewing a redline email thread with multiple rounds - you open Harvey and ask "What changed between the v2 and v3 redlines?" Harvey reads the attachments across both emails and summarizes the delta without you having to open each file manually.
- You open Outlook without selecting an email and ask Harvey a general question about market practice for indemnification caps. Harvey answers from its legal knowledge base and can incorporate any context from your recent conversations.
