Agentic Vault File Organization
Agentic Vault File Organization lets lawyers organize, rename, move, and deduplicate files across their vaults using plain language instructions — turning hours of manual document sorting into minutes.
What's Coming
Save time on bulk file organization by asking Harvey to organize, rename, classify, and deduplicate files across your vaults using natural language. Simply open an Assistant thread with a Vault attached, describe what you need, and Harvey reads the documents, proposes a plan, and executes on confirmation.

FAQs
Q: Will Harvey make changes to my Vault automatically?
No. Harvey always surfaces a confirmation popup showing exactly what it plans to do before executing. Nothing in your Vault changes until you press Confirm.
Q: Can Harvey modify the content inside my documents?
No. Organization actions only affect file locations, names, and metadata. Splitting, merging, watermarking, and redaction are planned for a future release.
Q: Can Harvey move files between Vaults or Spaces?
No. All organization actions are scoped to a single Vault project. Harvey cannot move files between Vaults or between Spaces, and cannot act on files you don't have permissions for.
Q: What's the best way to get accurate results?
Be specific with your instructions. "Organize this Vault" works, but "Organize files into folders by counterparty name and agreement type" will produce a much better result. Reviewing the confirmation popup carefully before executing also makes it easier to adjust the plan upfront.
