Overview

Harvey now connects directly to Ansarada, allowing you to import files or folders from Ansarada data rooms straight into Vault or an Assistant thread.

Each user connects their own Ansarada account to Harvey through OAuth, so your access in Harvey always matches the data rooms you already belong to. The connection is import-only: nothing is uploaded back to Ansarada, and imported documents follow Harvey's standard workspace-scoped retention and file handling.

Enable the Ansarada Integration (Admins)

An administrator must enable the Ansarada integration in your Harvey workspace before anyone can use it.

To enable the integration as an admin:

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations.
  2. In the Admin Connector Management section, find Ansarada and select Enable.
  3. Select Continue and complete the Ansarada login through OAuth.

Once connected, Ansarada appears as a file source in the file-source dropdown for all users in the workspace. Individual users still need to connect their own accounts before they can browse or import files.

How to Use

Connect Your Ansarada Account

  1. From Harvey’s sidebar, select Settings, then go to Integrations.
  2. In the list of connectors, find Ansarada and select Sign in.
  3. Sign in using your Ansarada credentials.

Add Files from Ansarada to Assistant or Vault

  1. Use the file picker in Assistant or Vault to access Ansarada:
    1. In Assistant, select Files and choose Add from Ansarada.
    2. In a Vault project, select Upload files. Find Ansarada and select Choose files.
  2. Browse the data rooms your Ansarada account has access to, then select the files you want to bring into Harvey.
  3. Select Confirm. Files appear in your Vault project or Assistant thread using Harvey's standard document viewer.

Sync a Vault project with an Ansarada folder

  1. Go to Vault and select Create vault.
  2. Select Sync a folder.
  3. Find the listing for Ansarada folder, then select Choose folder.
  4. Select a single folder from your Ansarada data room.
  5. Files in that folder stay consistent in Vault through a one-way sync from Ansarada.

Note: Sync works at the folder level. You can't sync an entire data room, so set up separate syncs for documents spread across multiple folders.

Notes & Limitations

  • Harvey doesn't enforce Ansarada-specific ethical walls or deal-team firewalls once files are synced into Harvey. Access in Harvey follows each user's existing Ansarada permissions, so firms needing stricter separation between deal teams should manage that access in Ansarada, or limit which Harvey users receive the integration permission.
