What’s Coming

We’re introducing Contract Review Agents, which turn your team’s existing resources (ex. guidelines, playbooks, and precedent vaults) to encode how you actually review your contracts. Our Agent reviews contracts end-end, and allows users to make a decision for every redline or risky clause. The output is a counterparty ready document that is fully reviewed and set-up for the next phase of the negotiation. Agents improve with every contract reviewed, keeping reviews consistent as your standards evolve.

Feature Highlights

  • Build custom review agents from your existing guidelines, playbooks, and precedents
  • Benchmark clauses against relevant precedents to see how terms stack up with what you’ve agreed to in the past
  • Reviews leverage every resource linked to the agent like guidelines, playbooks, and precedents to unlock conditional logic (e.g., apply different rules for high-risk contracts), multiple playbooks in one review, and user-defined output formats (like issues list first, then redlines).
  • Custom-built editor experience that gives you a decision for every redline, with linked sources
  • Update agents conversationally as your standards change
  • New UI that matches a reviewer's workflow
  • Share an agent you've built with your teammates to ensure consistent reviews

FAQs

Q: Do our existing playbooks still work?

Yes. Playbooks continue to work exactly as they do today, and can be attached to an agent as one of its sources. We expect our customers to be able to use either Playbooks or Contract Review Agents depending on their use cases.
