What's New

Starting March 18th, all public Knowledge Sources will be enabled by default for users in your workspace. These changes only affect the public Knowledge Sources that are available to your users and do not change any other feature or subprocessor settings in your Harvey workspace.

Admins remain in full control of their workspaces. Post roll-out, please visit Settings → Knowledge in Harvey to update your organization’s access to Knowledge Sources at any time.

Why we're making changes

Harvey works best when it can draw on a broad set of public Knowledge Sources, including statutes and regulations across the jurisdictions where your teams work. With broader default access to public Knowledge Sources in Harvey, users can:

  • Quickly pull in the right authorities and references
  • Move faster on new or unfamiliar matters
  • Obtain more complete, source-scoped responses

In addition, when users query Harvey, their Knowledge Sources will now be surfaced based on relevance (e.g., generalized location, recent usage).

These changes aim to unlock more of Harvey’s capabilities for your users from day one, while still letting you tailor which sources are available in your workspace.
