That back-and-forth creates friction at exactly the moment teams need to move from insight to action. The Docusign IAM integration closes that gap. Users can query their Docusign IAM account in natural language from Harvey Assistant, retrieve details on specific agreements, and use that context to power deeper legal analysis.

The initial IAM integration (intelligent agreement process automation) enables users to query the Docusign IAM MCP from the Harvey Assistant for account-specific agreement information.
