This will help firms maintain compliance with conflict-of-interest obligations by preventing restricted content from being shared with unauthorized users.
Harvey will integrate with a firm’s existing ethical wall configuration and automatically apply those restrictions when content is shared. Firms will continue to manage ethical walls in their source system, while Harvey will mirror and enforce those policies across supported products.
For most users, day-to-day work in Harvey will remain unchanged. Ethical wall checks will occur when users attempt to share content. If a recipient does not have access to the associated matter, Harvey will block the share and prevent any restricted content from being exposed.
