Overview
You can now import executed contracts from Ironclad directly into a Vault project or an Assistant thread. If your firm uses Ironclad as its contract lifecycle management system, this feature closes the gap between contract management and legal analysis: agreements that previously lived only in your CLM can now be centralized in Harvey.
Once contracts are in Harvey, you can ask questions across uploaded contracts, generate review tables, extract key terms and provisions, and connect prior agreements to ongoing work.
Key Features
- Direct import from Ironclad: Select signed agreements from your Ironclad records and pull them into Vault or Assistant without leaving the Harvey web app.
- Bulk import: Upload up to 100 files at a time into Vault.
- File Picker: Select and pull Ironclad contracts directly into Assistant, no manual download/upload required.
- Analysis on executed agreements: Analyze contracts and build review tables to compare terms across your uploaded documents.

Notes & Limitations
- Only the signed agreement on a record is imported. Other attachments within a record are not included.
- Import is file-level only during EA in both Vault and Assistant. Folder import and sync are not yet supported.
- If one record in a multi-record import fails, the remaining files still import and are fully usable.
- A record with no signed agreement has nothing to import and will return an error message.
