Overview
Harvey now supports Mistral as a model provider for interested customers. With Mistral, teams gain greater optionality when selecting the model best suited for their workflows, particularly those requiring EU data processing.
Mistral is accessible through the Model Selector across Harvey's platform. Users can choose Mistral the same way they select any other supported model, incorporating it into existing workflows with no change to how they use Harvey. Customers interested in early access should contact their Customer Success Manager to get started.
General availability of Mistral models will follow later this summer.

FAQs
Q: Which Mistral models are available?
Mistral Large 3 is available to start. Harvey will continue to evaluate and add more Mistral models over time and will communicate availability as it changes.
Q: Does Mistral change how Auto mode works?
No. During early access, Mistral is only accessible through the Model Selector after the opt-in process. It is not included in Auto mode routing during EA.
Q: How does Mistral handle customer data and content?
Mistral is subject to Harvey’s standard model-provider data protections: no training on customer data or content, zero data retention, and no human review of customer data or content.
Mistral currently processes customer data and content in the EU and is not available for HIPAA-covered work.
Q: How do I enable Mistral for my team?
Reach out to your account team. Because Mistral is a new subprocessor, there is a notice acceptance process your account team will walk you through before access is provisioned.
Q: Where is Mistral available?
Mistral is now available in Early Access for opt-in by customers in the European Union. To request access, contact your Harvey representative. General availability in the United States and Australia will be announced at a later date.
