Upcoming Feature
Organize your Outlook inbox into categories and vaults
Harvey will be able to organize your Outlook inbox the way you'd ask an assistant to: send the right emails and attachments to the right Vault, apply Outlook categories, and flag what needs your attention. Ask once in the Outlook add-in, or set up an agent to do it every day. Available to users of the Outlook connector.
Overview
Your inbox holds the record of every matter, but keeping it organized and getting that record into Vaults is manual work. With this update, Harvey does the organizing for you.
Describe what you want, by sender, subject, or date, and Harvey will find the emails and file them: send them and their attachments to the right Vault, apply the Outlook categories your team uses, and flag the ones that need your attention. Do it in the moment from the Outlook add-in, with the emails in front of you, or set up an agent that reviews your inbox every morning and keeps the Vault for each matter current.
Harvey organizes; it doesn't delete. It will confirm the Vault and what to include before it files anything, and it can never delete emails or folders.
Feature Highlights
- Send emails and attachments to a Vault by asking. Tell Harvey which emails belong in which Vault and it finds and files them in bulk. For example, "Move all emails from Client X to the Client X Vault." Harvey confirms the Vault and whether to include the emails, the attachments, or both, before it moves anything.
- Keep a Vault current with a scheduled agent. Build an agent with the Outlook connector that reviews your inbox daily and sends new correspondence to the right matter Vault, so the record in Vault is always up to date for review, Q&A, and other agents. Your first test run doubles as your confirmation of where things go.
- Apply Outlook categories. Ask Harvey to categorize emails using the Outlook categories you already have, so your inbox reflects how your team actually works. For example, "Categorize this emails that are urgent with a “High Priority” category”)
- Flag what needs your attention. Ask Harvey to mark emails as important based on what's in them, not just who sent them. For example, "Mark unread emails from the past day that contain an action item for me as important."
- Organize from Outlook or from anywhere. Everything above works in the Harvey for Outlook add-in and, with the Outlook connector, from Assistant and agents, so inbox organization can run in the background rather than only when you're in Outlook.
