What’s New

Playbook Creation & Editing with Assistant is now available in Harvey. You can now use Assistant workflows to create, edit, and refine Playbooks directly within the platform. This experience helps streamline Playbook iteration by allowing you to update guidance, instructions, and workflow logic conversationally.

With this release, you can:

  • Create new Playbooks with Assistant support
  • Edit existing Playbooks directly within Assistant workflows
  • Refine Playbook instructions more efficiently
  • Iterate on Playbooks without manually rebuilding content (coming soon to the EA program)

How to Use

  1. Open Playbooks in Harvey by navigating to SettingsPlaybooks.
  2. Create a new Playbook or open an existing one.
  3. Once you open the Playbook, you’ll see the new revamped editor experience. From here, you’ll be able to:
    1. add and re-arrange new rules
    2. ask Harvey to help improve your positions
    3. review and save changes in your Playbook

Users can also click Edit with Assistant and use Assistant prompts to:

  • draft Playbook content
  • revise instructions
  • update workflow guidance
  • refine Playbook behavior

Known Limitations


When using Playbook Creation & Editing with Assistant, please note:

  • Some advanced Playbook behaviors or configurations may continue evolving in EA
  • Existing Playbook permissions and governance settings continue to apply
