Overview

You can now run your saved, text-based custom agents directly in the Harvey for Word add-in. Results will stream into your conversation with Harvey, including document suggestions and tracked changes, just as they do on the web today.

The Word add-in's navigation now includes three tabs: Thread, Agents, and Library. Existing Word-native workflows move into Library alongside Playbooks, saved prompts, and clauses.

How to Use

Run a Custom Agent

  1. Open the Harvey for Word add-in.
  2. Choose a custom agent to run against your document:
    1. Select the Agents tab to browse the published agents your workspace can run, or:
    2. When writing a prompt for Harvey, type @ followed by the name of the agent to include it in your query.
  3. Run the agent. If Harvey needs more information mid-run, you can answer, decline, or skip the clarifying question that appears inline.
  4. Review the agent’s output, including any document suggestions shown as tracked changes. You can cancel a run mid-stream, or reconnect if the task pane reloads.

Run a Harvey-Built Workflow, Playbook, Prompt, or Clause

  1. In the Harvey for Word add-in, select Library along the bottom navigation bar.
  2. Search the library, or filter your results by selecting Workflows, Playbooks, Prompts, or Clauses.
  3. Select a resource from the library to run it against your document or add it to your query.
