Use the SCC Online integration to research and query directly against SCC Online’s Indian legal content within Harvey. This integration connects you to authoritative case law, statutes, and regulatory materials, enabling you to produce accurate, locally grounded work without switching tools.

With SCC Online in Harvey, you can:

  • Query Harvey using SCC Online’s trusted Indian legal research content.
  • Access Indian case law, statutes, and regulatory materials directly within your workflow.
  • Expand India coverage beyond public sources, especially for case law research.

You’ll be able to conduct more comprehensive research, strengthen your drafting, and prepare for litigation with greater confidence, all without leaving Harvey.

How to Use

For Admins: Enable the SCC Integration

Once your workspace is approved for early access, you can enable this integration by following the steps below.

  1. From the web app, navigate to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Locate the SCC Online connector and select Enable.
  3. Once enabled, users will have the option to select SCC Online as a source. When doing so for the first time, they will be prompted to authenticate into SCC via their personal credentials to the service.

For Users: Add SCC Online as a Source

Once the integration is enabled by your workspace admin, you can use SCC Online as a knowledge source.

  1. Open Harvey and start a new query or agent.
    1. Example: “Summarize recent Indian Supreme Court rulings on arbitration enforcement.”
  2. Open Sources.
  3. Select SCC Online as a Knowledge Source.
    1. Optional: Combine it with other sources, such as your uploaded documents.
  4. Review the response.
  5. Refine your query to focus on specific cases, statutes, or legal issues.

  • Be precise in your queries: Reference specific courts, statutes, or legal doctrines to improve result quality.
  • Combine sources for context: Use SCC Online alongside internal documents to produce more tailored outputs.
