What's Coming

Share custom Workflows with others using a simpler, more consistent access model. When you’re editing a Workflow, you’ll assign access using clear roles—so it’s immediately obvious what each person can do.

This update will replace the current Workflow-specific sharing approach (separate “Build” and “Run” permissions) with a single set of access levels aligned with sharing elsewhere in Harvey. The goal is to reduce confusion while preserving the granular controls teams rely on.

As part of this update, existing sharing permissions will remain as they are today—no access will be removed, and you won’t lose any functionality.

Feature Highlights

  • Assign Workflow access using clear levels: Run, View, Edit, or Full access
  • Manage sharing directly from the Workflow editor with simplified controls
  • Replace separate Build and Run permissions with a unified model to reduce confusion
  • Align Workflow sharing with other Harvey resources for a more consistent platform experience
  • Keep current permissions intact—no changes to existing shares and no loss of capability

FAQs

Q: What’s changing from the current sharing model?
Workflow sharing will move away from managing Build and Run permissions separately. Instead, you’ll use a single set of access levels that match sharing patterns used across Harvey.

Q: Will existing Workflow permissions change when this launches?
No. Existing sharing permissions will not be changed or updated as part of this release. Users will not lose any functionality.
