Admins can filter by person or event type to investigate specific incidents quickly — no manual cross-referencing or IT escalation required.

  • Full timestamped log of key events — resource engagement, membership changes, approvals, removals, and exports
  • Filter by person or event type to isolate specific incidents quickly
  • Built for KMs, IT admins, and CIOs managing compliance and access reviews
  • No manual cross-referencing — everything scoped to the Space, in one place

FAQs

Q: Who is the Spaces Activity Feed built for?

KMs, IT admins, and CIOs — anyone responsible for overseeing access, managing compliance reviews, or investigating activity across Shared Spaces.

Q: Who can see the Activity Feed?

Only Space admins can access the activity log and access views. Regular Space members cannot view it.

Q: What events does the activity log capture?

The log covers resource engagement, membership lifecycle events, join request approvals and declines, additions, removals, and exports — all with timestamps.

Q: Can admins filter the log?

Yes. Admins can filter by person or event type to quickly zero in on a specific incident or access pattern without scrolling through the full log.

Q: Can I export the activity log?

Yes, audit log export is included in scope.

Q: Does this cover all Spaces in our org, or just the ones I manage?

Both. Org admins can see activity and access data across all Spaces. Space-level admins have a per-Space view for the Spaces they manage.
