Overview
The Microsoft Teams integration connects Harvey to the collaboration layer where in-house teams increasingly do their day-to-day work. Important legal context often lives inside Teams chats, channels, and shared files, but that context has been hard to reuse later in a legal workflow without someone manually hunting for it and saving it somewhere durable. This integration closes that gap by letting Harvey draw context directly from Teams and by giving teams a governed way to preserve the conversations that matter.

Enable the Microsoft Teams Integration (Admins)
An administrator must enable the Microsoft Teams integration in your Harvey workspace before anyone can use it.
To enable the integration as an admin:
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- In the Admin Connector Management section, find Microsoft Teams and select Enable.
- Select Continue and complete the Teams connection process with Harvey.
How To Use
When starting a new thread in Harvey, select the Sources button and choose Microsoft Teams.
If you haven’t already signed in to your Teams account, Harvey will prompt you to authenticate before the source is enabled.
Once enabled, Harvey will incorporate your Teams chats, channels, and shared filed into its context and response.
