Overview

With Web Search, Harvey can reference current events, company websites, and recently published information to provide more accurate, up-to-date responses to your queries. This is especially helpful when you need the latest information that may not be in Harvey's internal knowledge.

Web Browsing is an opt-in feature. Workspace admins should reach out to their Harvey Success team to request access. Once enabled, all users will have access.

Note: Web Search only works with text queries. It cannot be used with documents, Vault projects, or Knowledge Bases.

  1. Select Web Search as a knowledge source, or Harvey may suggest it based on your query.

Select Web Search from the Knowledge Sources in Assistant.
  2. Input your query and click Ask Harvey.

Insert your query and select Ask Harvey
  3. Harvey securely sends your text query to You.com. You.com returns relevant web pages that Harvey uses as context to generate an Assistant output.
