Release Notes
Harvey Connector Library
Use external connectors to power end-to-end work within Harvey.
What’s New

The Connector Library is a curated collection of Harvey-verified connectors that link Harvey to the tools your firm already uses. Connectors use API integrations, MCP integrations, or both, and each one is reviewed by Harvey before it's added to the library.
For admins
- Browse, add, and manage connectors for your workspace in the Command Center.
- Find and review details for each connector, including its functionality, setup requirements, support contacts, and privacy and developer policies.
- Access controls for which roles and users can use each connector.
- Tool-level settings for MCP connectors that control which actions run automatically, need user approval, or are blocked.
For users
- Find and add available connectors on the Connectors page in your Personal Settings.
- Sign-in with your own account for each tool.
- Use Connectors as sources in a Harvey thread, with the option to limit which tools Harvey uses.
- Adjust your own tool-level settings for MCP connectors.
Why It Matters
Legal work often spans several systems: a document management system, email, deal databases, and matter management tools. Bringing that content into Harvey has usually meant exporting files, reformatting them, and switching between tools. Connectors are designed to let Harvey work with that content in the thread, which may be useful for research, synthesis, and drafting that depends on information stored elsewhere.
For admins, Harvey handles the initial connection work for each verified connector. Enabling a connector is a configuration step, not a custom integration project, and admins keep control over who can use each connector and what actions Harvey can take with it.
How to Use
Admins can find instructions on how to enable and manage connectors in our Connector Library article. The article also lists each available connector with its status, integration type, and capabilities.
Users can refer to our Using Connectors in Harvey article for information on how to view your available connectors, add your account, and use the connectors as sources in a Harvey thread.
Notes & Limitations
- Some connectors need setup on the provider's side before users can sign in, such as a specific product license or enabling MCP access in that tool. Admins can find that tool's setup requirements in the connector details.
- Each MCP connector handles data under its provider's own service terms. Before enabling an MCP connector, admins should review MCP Connectors in Harvey for best practices and security considerations.
FAQs
Q: Which connectors are available?
You can find a list of available connectors in our Connector Library article. Admins can also go to the Connectors page in the Command Center to view a list of connectors that are currently available to add.
Q: What's the difference between an API and an MCP integration?
An API integration is a native integration Harvey built with that provider. An MCP integration connects Harvey to the provider's Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, which gives Harvey access to that tool's available actions. When a connector offers both, admins set up each integration separately.
Q: Can I connect a tool that isn't in the library?
No. The Connector Library includes only Harvey-verified connectors, and only admins can enable them. If you need a tool that isn't listed, contact your account team.
