Review tables now support multi-color flagging so teams can capture risk nuance and more effectively escalate findings.

Multi-color flagging in review tables enables you to:

  • Flag cells with different colors
  • Filter rows containing flagged cells of specific colors
  • Track flag/unflag events (with color) in the activity log
  • Export review tables to Excel with flag colors preserved

Why It Matters

Now you can use flag colors to label internal review categories, like risk level, urgency, or required follow-up. This makes it easy to see what type of review or action is needed at a glance.

How to Use

Flag Cells by Color

  1. Open a cell
  2. Select Flag
  3. Choose a color

Filter Flagged Cells by Color

  1. Open the Filters
  2. Select Flag status
  3. Select values from the dropdown options
  4. Select Apply to view all rows containing flagged cells of the selected colors

Notes and Limitations

  • Limited to one flag color per cell
  • Existing flagged cells, pre-launch, remain red
  • This launch excludes:
    • Row-level or column-level flags
    • Automated flagging by AI
    • Flag permissions by role
    • Bulk flagging
    • Custom flag labels
