Overview
The Avvoka integration connects Harvey to your firm's existing Avvoka environment and uses your firm's Avvoka templates to produce drafts. Harvey reads your source material and gathers what the template needs, then Avvoka assembles the document using your firm's template logic and approved wording.
Once the integration is enabled, you can upload a term sheet and ask Harvey to draft from an Avvoka template. Harvey selects the template, completes its questionnaire from the term sheet, and asks clarifying questions before the draft is assembled. When you request an amendment, such as moving from secured to unsecured, Harvey applies your firm's pre-approved amendment rather than rewriting the clause.
Key Features
- Gap flags: Harvey flags anything the term sheet asks for that the template doesn't cover.
- Approved content only: Every word of the draft comes from templates and clauses your firm has already approved.
- Export back to Harvey: The draft exports in your firm's house style, with numbering, cross-references, and schedules intact. Once the document is ready it can be exported back into Harvey where you can continue your work.
