Overview

Harvey’s new dedicated Agents page, simplified navigation experience, and updated Library make it faster to find the tools you need, start new work, and return to ongoing work in Harvey.

These changes bring your most-used destinations to Harvey’s main navigation menu, centralize agent management, and move creation flows to the places where you'll use them.

Key features:

Simplified navigation: Harvey’s updated sidebar makes it easier to find your agents, Spaces, and recent threads.
New Agents page: Agents now have a dedicated page where you can discover, manage, and monitor your agents.
Library updates: The Library now houses workflows, prompts, playbooks and more. You can build or use any of them directly from the Library instead of the Build tab.

Using The Simplified Navigation

Harvey's simplified navigation makes it faster to start work and return to work in progress, with a new + New Thread starting point, Agents and Spaces surfaced directly in the main navigation sidebar, and the Build tab removed.

You’re now able to:

Select + New Thread to start any question, draft, or task.
Open the Agents page directly from the main navigation sidebar for direct access to your agents.
Open Spaces directly from the main navigation sidebar and switch easily between each one.
Easily return to earlier work under Recent in the main navigation sidebar, and group your recent threads by date, status, or Space.

Using the New Agents Page

The new Agents page is the home for discovering, managing, and monitoring your custom agents.

You’re now able to:

Open the Agents page directly from the main navigation sidebar.
Use Search within this page to find an agent by name, or filter by agents created by you, your team, or Harvey.
Select New Agent to build an agent directly from this page.
Select any agent to open its Agent details page, where you can view its description, your run history, and any upcoming schedules.
Review the agent's instructions to see how it approaches the work, and edit if desired.
Manage and schedule runs from this page.

Using the Updated Library

In Library, you’re now able to access and build reusable Workflows, Playbooks and Prompts. The creation tools that previously lived on the Build tab now live here, so you create and use each resource in one place.

You’re now able to:

Open the Library from the sidebar.
Select Create New to build any of these resources. The creation experiences that previously lived on the Build tab now live here.
Admins now manage agents and workflows from Command Center (Command Center → Reporting → Agents or Command Center → Reporting → Workflows).

Overview of Updates

Agents	Agents were not shown in the navigation sidebar and could only be created or managed from the Build tab.	Agents is now a dedicated navigation sidebar item for faster access to agents and agent details. Each agent has a details page with its description, activity, run history, and instructions.
Spaces	Individual spaces were not shown in the navigation sidebar.	Every Space is now a dedicated navigation sidebar item, making it easier to switch between each one.
Recent Threads	Recent threads could only be reached through History tab.	Recent is now a dedicated navigation sidebar item. Recent threads are now visible and groupable by date, status, or CM#.
Build	Build tab let you create agents, workflows, playbooks and other resources.	The Build tab has been removed. The Library tab is now the hub for creating workflows, playbooks and other resources, so you can build and use these resources in the same place. The Agents tab is the new home for creating agents.

FAQs

Q: Why is the navigation changing?
The updated navigation will make Harvey easier to use by bringing commonly-used tools to the top level, reducing the number of clicks needed to start work, and making it easier to return to ongoing work.

Q: What will happen to the Build tab?
The Build tab will be removed. Instead, you'll create content where it belongs—for example, agents from the Agents page and workflows, playbooks, prompts, templates, and clauses from the Library.

Q: What's changing about agent management?
The new Agents page will provide a single place to search, filter, create, schedule, and monitor your agents. Each agent will also have a dedicated details page with its instructions, activity, usage history, and scheduling information.

Q: Do these impact permissions on agents or workflows?
No - you’ll continue to have the same granularity on controlling who has access to agents and workflows.

Q: What is required for customers to access the new Agents page?
Organizations must be opted into Harvey’s thread experience update in order for this feature to work.

Q: What does this mean for the Agent Builder EA program?
Beginning on 8/17, customers in the Agent Builder EA program will have access to the new Agents page and updated Agent UI.
