Last updated: Jun 5, 2025
Overview
Admins can save an existing Review Table as a custom workflow by specifying a title, description, and category. They can then publish it to either the entire workspace or specific users.
These published workflows appear on the Workflows page, are recommended within Vault projects, and can be run like any other workflow.

Managing Harvey Workflows
Admins can manage Harvey workflows in two ways, Customizing and Hiding. First, start on an existing Review workflow.
Start on an existing Review workflow.
Look for the Review Table designation in the bottom left corner of the workflow tile to determine if the workflow is customizable.
Click on the ... in the top right corner of the workflow tile, then select Customize. You can then edit the content of the workflow as you would a custom workflow.
Select Hide in the menu to remove the workflow across the workspace.
Note: This will hide the workflow from all standard users in the workspace, but custom workflow admins will still see the hidden workflow at the bottom Workflows page. Workflows can be unhidden at any time by clicking Unhide in the menu.
FAQ
Can custom review workflows be published only to specific users?
Yes. When publishing, the admin can select whether it is published to the whole workspace or only specific users. Harvey does not currently support pre-set user groups.
Who can have permission to publish Review workflows?
Admins can assign this permission to any users.
Note: This permission allows users to manage all Review workflows, including deleting custom workflows or customizing/hiding Harvey workflows.
Can I create my own variants of Harvey workflows?
Admins can duplicate a Harvey workflow, customize it as they see fit, then save it to their workspace. They can then optionally hide the original Harvey workflow if desired.
