About Command Center
The Command Center is the hub for managing, governing, and monitoring your Harvey workspace, from user access and roles to analytics, integrations and playbooks.

From Command Center, you can select the category of admin settings you’d like to update.
Note: Refer to our Trust Center for more details on how Command Center fits into Harvey’s existing security and governance model.
Overview
The Overview page in Command Center gives you a snapshot of your workspace’s activity. It features analytics charts, recommended actions to improve Harvey adoption, and an Ask Harvey assistant that helps you query your organization’s Harvey usage data and workspace history.

Users & permissions
Control who has access to your workspace and what they can do. From here, you can manage individual users, define the roles that determine each user's permissions, and organize users into groups for easier collaboration.
Users
View and manage all members in your workspace. As an admin, you can:
- Add or remove users.
- Assign roles and permissions.

Roles
Manage and review the definition of roles, such as the permissions assigned to all admins or all users.

Groups
Organize users by commonalities such as practice area, department, or client matter for easier collaboration and access management.

Configurations
Control the settings that shape how Harvey runs across your workspace, from branding and sharing to models, knowledge sources, integrations, and access controls.
Workspace
Customize workspace-level details like branding, notices, and guidance so your users’ Harvey experience reflects your organization’s identity and shared instructions.

Define how resources (vaults, queries, or playbooks) are shared across your workspace. Admins can set whether sharing is limited to individuals, or roles within the workspace domain.

Notifications
Customize your notification settings at the workspace level.

Models
Choose which AI models are available to users in your workspace.
- Go to Command Center → Configurations → Models.
- Toggle each model-related setting on or off to enable or disable it.
- Grant access by role or user:
- When enabling a model setting: You’ll be prompted to select which roles or users can access it.
- Through Roles or Users settings: If the model setting is already enabled, navigate to Command Center → Users & permissions → Users or Command Center → Users & permissions → Roles to update access permissions.

Knowledge
Add and manage knowledge sources to expand your organization’s research and context coverage. This may include external databases or approved web content sources.

Integrations
Connect Harvey to your existing systems for seamless data access via API integration or MCP server connectors.
Use this page to enable integrations such as iManage, SharePoint, or Google Drive. Once enabled, authorized users can authenticate directly into these systems through Harvey.

Matters & Walls
Manage client matters and, if your firm uses ethical walls, enable and monitor wall enforcement in Harvey.
Use this page to create, edit, delete, or bulk upload client matters, control settings like requiring a client matter for queries or vaults, and view ethical wall-related details such as restricted users.

Export formats
Upload and manage templates for standardizing export formats across your workspace. This ensures consistent layout and branding for exported files from Harvey.

API tokens
Create and manage the API tokens that connect external software to your workspace. Assign each token to a service account and scope it to specific permissions, such as Audit Log API Access, Query History, or Vault access. Tokens can be edited, rotated, or deleted at any time, and each token displays its creation and expiry dates.

Reporting
Gain visibility into how your workspace is used and maintain a record of its activity. Track usage and engagement over time, and review or manage workspace events to support compliance.
Analytics
Access usage data and activity trends for your workspace, including user engagement metrics and query volume.
